• Please remember to call 911 first instead of security when dealing with a civil issue.
  
• Please remember to check the bulbs in your coach lights.  Keeping your coach lights working is important as there are no community lights.  Also, we suggest upgrading your coach lights and address light to LED bulbs, they are typically brighter and last much longer.
  
• If you are renting/leasing your unit, please remember you must complete a resident info form and provide your rental agreement to the HOA.  In addition, please remember to provide your tenant with a copy of the rules & regulations.
  
• Remember the primary purpose of your garage is for parking vehicles.  We need residents to do a better job of parking in their garage and/or driveway.  This helps the street sweeper do a more thorough job.  If the parking issues do not improve, the Board may implement additional parking rules and a registration program.
  
• Storing trash and other items in the driveway area is not allowed.  Bulk pickup days are the best time to get rid of large items taking up space.
