Founded in 2007 by PCAM Gerald Northfield, Performance CAM has built a reputation as a management company dedicated to personal service.  Too often we hear Board members and homeowners comment about the lack of personal attention they are receiving from their current management company.  That's why our primary focus is providing personal service to our Board members and homeowners.

HOA management is not “one size fits all”, rather each community has different goals and unique challenges.  As your management company, it is our mission to adapt ourselves and our services to better serve your needs and expectations.  Equally important is our dedication to provide you exceptional service that is not only professional, but personal as well.  

Every community is different, so our method for managing is tailored to the needs and expectations of each client.  By developing the right combination of experienced leadership, useful technology, and real personal attention to the needs of our clients, we have set ourselves apart from other HOA management companies.  Today, Performance CAM provides professional community management and personal service to many types of communities throughout Southern Nevada including master planned developments, single family communities and condominium communities.

Our founder and Chief Operating Officer Gerald Northfield, has been involved in HOA management since 1976 when he served two terms as President of his HOA Board in San Diego.  In 1988 he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University.  In 1998 he obtained his Professional Community Association Manager designation, the highest credential available nationwide to community managers.  Since moving to Las Vegas in 2000, Gerry has performed as a Senior Community Manager and Director of Operations for multiple HOA management companies.  He is also a Nevada Real Estate Division approved instructor for several community manager continuing education classes. 

Dustin Marshall, Performance CAM’s Chief Executive Officer, has worked in the HOA management industry for over 15 years as a Community Manager.  Dustin has served on the Board of Directors for the Nevada Association of Community Managers (NACM) and as Treasurer for his own HOA.  Prior to working in HOA management, Dustin served in the U.S. Army for 4 years.  His extensive knowledge and experience in the HOA management industry coupled with his personal approach to management has garnered the admiration of his clients and fellow industry professionals. 

Alisha Marshall, Performance CAM’s Chief Financial Officer, has a long career in the HOA management industry.  Alisha’s 15+ years of industry experience include roles as a file clerk, assistant community manager, accounts receivable supervisor, accounts payable supervisor and director of accounting. Alisha is currently working on her accounting degree at CSN and is also a Notary Public.
